From the very early planning stages, the unique shape of the Matrix plot was considered when designing the Site Plan – to obtain maximum openness for the building. As such, we were able to ensure that all offices have a view from all sides. The site plan clearly shows the ample parking space that was made available on the ground floor.

Given, Matrix’s design objective – to build affordable small offices, the ideal choice of the project’s location was just as important, and therefore we chose to locate it just off SG Highway on Corporate Road. To be more specific, Matrix’s is hardly 500 metres from Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway making it strategically and ideally located for small and medium enterprises.
